About IASIS Neurofeedback
How much does IASIS Neurofeedback Cost?
Micro Current Neurofeedback (MCN) sessions with New Moon Neuro cost $100-150 per session, depending on which package you purchase. Most clients choose 12 sessions on average. You can learn more here.
Traditional Neurofeedback sessions range from $150-300 per session, depending on the provider. You can expect to need 20-40 sessions, or more with other Neurofeedback modalities.
How many sessions do I need before I see improvement?
On average our clients notice improvement as soon as 1-3 sessions. Most observe improved calm and sleep as soon as they begin treatment. This can depend on the nature of your condition(s), lifestyle and other factors.
Will I need to continue Neurofeedback treatment forever?
Once treatments are complete some clients choose to continue “booster” or “tune up” sessions as needed to maintain results or to support life stressors and/or health concerns. This could be once per year, once per month, or on an occasional basis. Other clients feel complete after treatments and no longer need treatments.
How effective is IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback?
Over 85% of our clients notice significant and often dramatically improved benefits within 3-5 sessions. Shifts can include improved sleep, reduced headaches, improved mental clarity, reduced effects of PTSD, decreased anxiety, improved mood, general wellness and more.
Can I continue my medication with MCN treatment?
Yes, you should maintain your current courses of medication unless advised by your Doctor or practitioners. Medications will not interfere with the effectiveness of MCN. Some clients, however, will observe shifts in their health that require adjustment of current doses. Please seek guidance from your medical team.
How does MCN work?
Small electrodes are applied to client’s heads to reflect their brain waves and encourage rerouting of established brain wave patterns. This enables the brain to self adjust and create new brain wave patterns, with a greater ability to self regulate the nervous system.
Does MCN hurt? What do I do during sessions?
No, MCN does not hurt. Most clients don’t feel anything at all! The brainwave feedback is unnoticeable to you and requires no action or conscious effort on your part. You can close your eyes and relax or chat with us — your choice! All you need to do is remain still for a few minutes and the treatment will do the work.
